Yes, you can easily upgrade your account at any time. The cost is simply the price difference between the two plans. There are no other fees involved as you will only be charged the prorated difference between the original and new plan. This applies to monthly Hosting plans.

But if you have paid yearly and availed the 2 months free, you will only pay the difference between the two yearly payment plans if it is within two months from the date of payment. If you wish to upgrade on the 3rd month onwards, you will have to pay difference between the two monthly payment of the plan multiplied the unused number of months for the year. Free two months will still apply after next yearly cycle.

Sample Computation:
200mb Yearly Plan = 500php
200mb Monthly Plan = 50php

500mb Yearly Plan = 1250php
500mb Monthly Plan = 125php

Upgrade on the next plan on the 2nd month

1250 - 500 = 750php

Upgrade on the next plan on the 4th month

(125 - 50) x 8 unused months = 600php
