Dear Valued Client,
We receive lately that users browsing from Smart Broadband (Smart BRO) can't access our websites. The reason is that they DNS has not fully resolved and still in cache. In this regard we would like to give a short step by step tutorial for temporarily resolving your website.
1. Go Control panel --> Network connection 2. Right click local area connection and left click propertie 3. Then scroll down and choose internet protocol tcpip < highlighted > then double click 4. Then in the General Tab
use the follwing dns server addresses preferres dns server 208 67 222 222 alternate dns server 208 67 220 220
This for OpenDNS, you may set this temporarily as waiting for Smart Bro to resolve their DNS.
Alternatively you may also use this DNS.
preferres dns server 4 2 2 1 alternate dns server 4 2 2 2
For any questions regarding your connection you may contact your Internet Service Provider. We will also be glad to assist you in our Support Ticketing System.
Best Regards,
